เรื่องมันเริ่มที่ อิจิโนมิยะ โค นักศึกษามหาลัยปี 4 โดนเด็กจังไรแถวสะพานอาราคาว่าแกล้่ง และ โดนถอดกางเกงขึ่นไปแขวนบนเสาต้นหนึ่งของสะพาน และ การจะเอาลงมาได้่ต้องปีนขึ้นไปเอาเท่านั้น แต่ระหว่างที่ปีนโคก็โดนลวดเส้นหนึ่งเกี่ยวกุงเกงขาก๊วยลงมาเห็นตูดงอนงาม และ โดนสาวน้อยแปลกหน้ายื่นความช่วยเหลือว่า จะช่วยใช้เบ็ดตกArakawa under the Bridge - 01
